Sales Conditions:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to finalize your contract. Any changes to the order may incur added costs. A 40% payment is required to set an installation date and must be paid 2 days prior to delivery. Your final payment of 10% is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash or cheque only.
For customers not paying an installation fee a 50% deposit is due upon signing the contract, and 50% is due upon completion of the job.
New Home Builders pay a 50% non-refundable deposit upon signing the contract and 50% is due upon completion of the job. Approved Home Builders pay the job in full upon completion of the job.
All bills not paid within 30 days of receiving an invoice are subject to 18% interest.
Warranty:
Hardware provided by Mirage Woodworks Inc. has a warranty of 10 years.
Any problems found with our product, must be inspected by management of Mirage Woodworks Inc. Upon authorization of defective product by Mirage Woodworks Inc. management, Mirage Woodworks will replace the product free of charge within the allotted time of warranty. After the warranty has expired you will be expected to cover the cost of replacing the product.
Our warranty does not cover products for your job purchased from another company. This may include countertops and glass.
Our warranty does not cover any transportation costs of the customer or freight damage on products if the product is picked up by the customer.
In the event that any product is damaged during installation performed by the customer and not performed by the Mirage Woodworks installers, the customer will be held responsible to cover any cost to repair the damaged product.
The warranty on the finish of your product is good for 2 years upon completion of your job. However, if any cleaning solutions or chemicals are used on your cabinets that are not appropriate, your warranty on the finish will be void.
