Meeting with our sales manager will allow you to discuss basic information, review your floor plans/drawings, have your questions answered and give you the chance to browse our products.

If you are not able to come in, which many of our clients cannot as they live out of town, you can skip the first meeting and email your measurements, drawings, and pictures to 

Once our sales manager has all information required he will create a 3D drawing using our KCDW program.  You will be contacted to book an appointment to view your drawings, discuss a quote, and change or add any information. Estimated wait time for drawings is 7-10 days.

Once all details are finalized you will need to:

1. Confirm details, sign & date your contract.

2. Leave a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total cost of your cabinets. We take cash, personal cheque or credit card cheque only.

3. Mirage Woodworks Inc. also provides a financing option: Mirage Woodworks Finance Program

Once a deposit is made your job will be put into production.  Estimated time on all jobs, unless otherwise stated, is 2 months from the date which you leave a deposit & sign your contract.

What do I bring to my appointment?

  • Floor plans or a sketch of the entire room with rough measurements.
  • Pictures of the area. If you are unable to bring us copies, you can bring your camera or send your pictures by email.
  • Floor to ceiling measurements. Remember to note any bulkheads, boxed in pipes, chimney, etc.
Your wall measurements need to be of the entire wall not just the area on which your current cupboards are.
  • Make note of: Windows, doorways, plug-ins, plumbing, electrical, gas lines, phone lines, internet, and vacuum outlets.
  • Do you want your appliances to remain where they are or can they be moved?
Sometimes you may be surprised of how much more functional your kitchen can be by moving your appliances or changing the layout of your kitchen. It is recommended that you allow our sales manager to draw your kitchen as he sees it functioning best. Remember it is just a drawing and can be changed if you don’t like it!
  • Any additional information about your room or ideas that you feel may be important for us to know.
Don’t stress if you cannot provide us with all of the above information on your first visit.  We will work with what you have and the rest will follow.

 

KCDW Cabinet Designer

is a computer program that allows our clients to see their projects in a three dimensional format. It is a drafting program that is specially designed for drawing cabinetry. It shows the details of the project including the style of doors, drawers, countertop colours, and appliances.
