2010 HomeStyles Homeshow

Mirage Woodworks Inc. at HomeStyles

The 2010 HomeStyles Homeshow had 450 booths and 250 exhibitors.  It was anticipated that the show would bring in over 35,000 people.  The show was a success and large crowds were present.  This four day annual event gathers the latest products, trends, and technologies in renovating and decorating.

Our exhibit this year was a decorative mitre 5 piece-door and drawer front.  We used Black American walnut wood with a clear lacquer finish for the cabinets.  A beautiful Specchio White quartz countertop finished the kitchen.  A blue entertainment unit with a TV and bar unit finished off our display.  The kitchen and entertainment unit will soon be up in our showroom.

Every year local experts are invited to the show, some of the speakers this year were from Studio 2.0 and Net Zero home, as well Shell Busey a Canadian radio and television personality.  The speakers had a great amount confidence and knowledge in their product and it was easy to see that the viewers were interested in what they had to say, and learned from each speaker.  The lectures were a great resource for people who are building or renovating as it is always helpful to learn from people who are knowledgeable and can provide a better understanding to patrons, especially those just starting out.  This show seems to be to the perfect way for anyone to get their job done.

The 2010 Home Styles, Home Show has proved itself to be an excellent source to meet new clients.  Our schedules are quickly filling up with appointments.
